Order processing

Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days. Custom or unusually large orders may require additional time; we will contact you if a longer processing period is needed.

Shipping

Orders are shipped to the delivery address entered at checkout. Available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout before payment is completed.

Once an order ships, tracking information will be provided when available. Carrier delivery estimates can be affected by weather, holidays, and other delays outside our control.
